Ward 7 of Minneapolis was bounded as follows: Starting at the city limits (present day E 54th St), north on Cedar Ave to E 28th St, east on E 28th St to Hiawatha Ave, northwest on Hiawatha Ave to E 24th St, west on E 24th St to Chicago Ave, south on Chicago Ave to the city limits (present day E 54th St), east along the city limits (present day E 54th St) to Cedar Ave.
