The 1910 Federal Census gives descriptions of the enumeration districts for the City of Rochester by ward number only. Therefore, descriptions of the wards have been obtained from Geo. P. Keiter's Rochester City Directory - 1909-1910 and added to the descriptions of the enumeration districts.

Enumeration District	Ward	Description
114	1	All of Ward 1. Ward 1 consists of all of that part of the city lying east of the Zumbro river and south of 3rd street; also, that part of the city west of the Zumbro river and south of College street.
115	2	Ward 2, excluding Rochester State Hospital. Ward 2 consists of all of that part of the city lying east of the Zumbro river between 3rd street and the C. & N.-W. Ry. tracks; also that part of the city lying west of the Zumbro river between College and 6th streets.
116	2	Rochester State Hospital.
117	3	All of Ward 3. Ward 3 consists of all of that part of the city lying west of the Zumbro river and north of 6th street; also all of that part of the city lying east of the Zumbro river and north of the C. & N.-W. Ry. tracks.
