Incorporations.


Articles of incorporation were filed with the secretary of state yesterday of the Lanesboro Produce company, for storing, shipping and selling eggs and other produce and to purchase grounds and erect thereon buildings for storage for 100,000 dozen of eggs. The place of business is the village of Lanesboro, Fillmore county, the corporation commences July 14, 1884, for a continuance of twenty years, and the capital stock is placed at $10,000, divided into 100 shares of $100 each, with indebtedness limited to full amount of said capital stock. The first board of directors are M. Scanlon, J. R. Parkin, P. M. Habberstad, Guarder Nepstad, Thomas Thompson, S. N. Doun and H. C. Scalberg, there being in all twenty-eight incorporators.
