AFTER THE ALIMONY
The Kempsters Explain Why They Oshkoshed - Other Claimants.
A dispatch from Oshkosh, Wis., anent Mrs. Kempster and her daughter, says they are at the Revere house in that city.
They declare that the object of their visit to Oshkosh is to obtain $250 alimony, which is at present tied up in the Winnebago county courts. It appears that besides Mrs. Kempster there are two other claimants, Mr. Folsom and Dr. Evans, from whom Mrs. Kempster leased her Minneapolis residence. Both say she has assigned them her right to the cash.
With regard to her former lover (Mr. Folsom) Miss Agnes claims that the trouble is all because her mother compelled her to break her engagement with him on account of his bad habits and dissipation. She said: "I am sure Fred is insane, or he would never have acted as he has."
