Jeweler Wanted

Splendid opportunity at Karlstad for Jeweler.

We have mentioned before that there is a mighty good opening for a jewelry store at Karlstad and we must mention it again, and if possible, with more emphasis. We didn't know last year what an opportunity Karlstad offered to a good watchmaker and jeweler but we know now. We know because it has been tried.

John Ostlund, last winter quit the creamery business and decided to go into jewelry and watch repairing. He bought a small stock and a good set of tools and has since been keeping a little shop over at his house. He started in here with the intention of remaining if business was good and business picked right up from the start and has been good ever since and he had just about decided to stay and get a shop on Main street when his folks at Pennock began urging him to move down there. His father offered him a good building free if he would come there and go into business. He promised to come. That was two months ago and he has been going ever since without being able to get away on account of work he had on hand. He finally had to tear himself away from the local business and went last Friday night. The field is now open for someone and a mighty good field at that. The territory is large, new and growing, and there is no doubt but that a good man could step right in here tomorrow and have his hands full of work.

Pass the word to your friends and ask them to pass it on and on.
