Cornered A Constable.

Constable McDonough, while serving an execution at the saloon of W. M. Swab, at 25 East Third street, yesterday afternoon, was roughly handled. The execution was for $60, and was issued by Justice Olson, the judgment being for wages due Henry Schroeder, formerly a bartender at the place. McDonough levied on $9.85, which was in the drawer, and then the proprietor and three other men in the place levied on him. Officer McCart arrested two of the men, but Swab escaped.
