The following Telegraphic Despatch announces the fact that MINNESOTA HAS AT LAST BEEN ADMITTED INTO THE UNION!! The vote is not given, but the presumption is that the vote was similar to that on the rejection of Mr. SHERMAN'S proposition - 141 for to 51 against.

By a later dispatch we learn that the vote stood 158 for to 38 against the admission.
