The Great Shoe Store, with its magnificent spread of plate glass and elegant fixtures, just completed by Lovering, the Shoe Man, 384 and 386 Wabasha street, is pronounced by all to be the finest store devoted to this line of business in the Western country. Lovering deserves the liberal patronage the people of the Northwest has accorded him, and there can scarcely be found a town from Wisconsin to Montana that has not paid tribute to his energy and push. His aim is to carry everything made in boots and shoes, and critical indeed is the customer that he cannot please. A custom department, employing eleven first-class shoemakers, is one of the important features of this store, and these men turn out a line of work that cannot be excelled in this country. |
