Woman of Alluring Orbs Is Arrested for Theft.

Stella Swift, a well known police character, is again in jail, this time on a charge of petit larceny. She was arrested in St. Paul, accused of obtaining goods under false pretenses.

Stella is also known as Annie Saxy and Mrs. John Henningson. According to the police she has been in the state penitentiary and the Minneapolis and St. Paul workhouses.

Some week ago it is said she went to a local store and ordered a $20 suit on approval. It was delivered to her at the Hotel Nicollet, and while the messenger was waiting she made her escape through a side entrance with the suit. She was located in St. Paul.

The woman was married a short time ago to John Henningson at South Dakota. The police say she deserted her husband. She is a woman of exceptional beauty, and her large, dreamy, dark eyes have often been the means of saving her from the stern guardians of the law.
