The H. G. Meyer Family Builds a Woodshed Parkers Prairie Independent:- The Independent force, including the society reporter and automobile editor, adjourned to the back lot Saturday after noon and erected a palatial wood shed.We don't propose to dig our fuel out of the snow drifts any longer. This building, 2 by twice, is built after the plan of the state capitol, only it has more wings. It can almost fly. The approaches are numerous. The west wing will be devoted to iron wood; the south to poplar; the north to oak, and the east to kindlings. The main entrance is from the east; hence the display of kindlings there - easy of access in the morning. The rotunda will be used as a depository for ancient Independents. On the whole the building is mostly - hole. |
